Four main types of two storey family houses have been designed . The houses are situated in a rather narrow but long plot , following the configuration of the steep terrain. The entrance to each one is from the northern part . All terraces and balconies are orientated south. A drive way goes around the parcel’s boundaries and assures a direct car access to each house / two parking places per house /.
In the parcel’s north-west part a coffee bar and an outdoor pool are located.
All houses have a laundry room , equipped with washing machine and sink and a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor . On an upper level a few steps up a kitchenette with a dining table have been designed. On level +2.85 two bedrooms with personal bathroom, wardrobe and a balcony are designed.
