River Park Hotel

The building is a five storey one with the ground floor and last floor in retreat. The entrance is reached from level 0.00 , on the east side of the building plot along a pedestrian alley . Follows a lobby , which includes reception with a staff room and a place for a safe available to the hotel’s guests . The vertical connection for the upper levels is made possible with a lift and a concrete staircase. On this ground floor level a lobby bar with a storage room , toilettes for hotel’s guests are also situated , there are  11 hotel rooms and two apartments with living room and bedroom also. In the north east part of the hotel a second staircase is foreseen – for evacuation.

In the basement level -3.67 a bowling hall is located , its entrance is assured through the lobby of the hotel with the lift or using the staircase. Additionally to the bowling hall a bar , billiards hall , toilettes and room for the restaurant’s staff  located on the same level are designed.
