The residential  building with apartments for seasonal living is placed on a very steep terrain with a lovely panoramic view of the sea.

Due to the terrain characteristics the building was designed to be partly dug into the ground. That solution allows the elevation facing the sea view to be with bigger height  compared to the other ones , that way the client gains more rooms with a beautiful panorama.
