The building is four storey without a ground floor , with a fifth attic level partly in recess . The facility is situated in the north west part of the parcel , while in the south east part a terrace with pool is foreseen . In the north part of the building will be located parking places for hotel’s clients .
The construction of the building is reinforced concrete , beamless floor slabs , the walls will be realized with YTONG bricks. The external walls will be isolated /Fibran 3 mm/.
