The commission from the investor was to design a residential building with apartments for seasonal living.
The steep terrain configuration of the building plot , created the neccessity to design the residential structure as partly dug into the slope. So as from the street view it looks like a four storey building while it is actually a five storey one , with sixth level in recess. It is a closed type residential complex with an outdoor pool with a bar and a BBQ.
