By order of the technical department of the British Embassy, a working project was prepared and implemented, including conversion of the former commercial department located in the west wing of the residence into a three-level apartment, with a dining room with living room and open kitchenette.

The entrance hall with a large clear height, in which the existing staircase was redesigned with a straight part with an intermediate platform, as the construction of the staircase is metal, with steps made of beech wood, glass railing and metal strings. Since it takes up a lot of space in the lobby, the idea was to be visually more ethereal.

Two bedrooms are designed on the second level, each with separate bathroom and laundry room.

At the top of the third level, which is reached by the old spiral staircase, there is an office with one workplace. Delux satin paint is used as finishing layer for walls and ceilings, and floorings are oak parquet and granite tiles.
