The dwelling is located on ground floor of a new built residential structure. Advantage of this property is the private outdoor space with direct connection to the living room area.

Maisonette’s plan layouts are as follows – first floor “Day” group : entrance hall, common space for kitchen, dinning room and living room and a WC, second floor – “Night” group two bedrooms with adjacent open plan closets and two bathrooms.

Style for the internal spaces of the whole dwelling . Materials and furniture applied in the project add an elegant and sophisticated note. Floorings in the apartment are hardwood flooring with chevron pattern. Light and earthly colors, typical for the modern classic style dominate in the interior .

In modern classic style the color has much importance in the ambiance. The high-contrast combination is sophisticated and dramatic. One can see that method applied in the interior of the master bedroom.

Childrens' bedroom is bright with neutral wall colors in light greyish brown except the wallpaper applied behind the bed and desk and the curtains matching with the same colorful feathers motif on white background.

Decorative wall with vertical niche and a hole next to it with the same geometry is designed for separating the different zones (dinning and living area)from one another in the common space . Wall divider's back is orientated to the living room area with a place for mounting a TV.
