The design project covers the reconstruction of a group of existing office buildings which are part of an industrial zone, transforming it into a contemporary office spaces with an outdoor and indoor modern appearance. The building was old and needed a full renovation and changing of its existing functional scheme. The built up area of the offices is about 580 m²situated in a two storey building .

On the right one can see the proposed conceptual design for renovating building's existing facades with new ventilated facades in different colors . There were minor changes to the concept during the realization .
